Module 1:

Invest in your happiness and well-being – R.A.R.E. can help change your life and relieve any discomfort you are feeling.


In this module, you will do the following:


  • Learn that we all have challenges, and that they can be viewed as pointers to initiate change in our life rather than debilitate us. Although you will gain instant relief with your new ‘toolkit’ this program provides, if you are experiencing any pain – emotional or otherwise – it also involves a process of letting go.

  • Discover why we don’t always have insight and clarity into the best way of solving our own problems, yet can clearly see both the problems faced by others and their solutions. You will also realise that it is okay not to have all the answers, and to seek guidance on how to realise your full potential.

  • Uncover the seven ‘nice things to know’ that it is helpful to keep in mind when starting to change aspects of your life.

  • Using easy step-by-step exercises identify the challenges you are facing and area/s of your life where you are looking for change, as well as the changes you are aiming to achieve in your life using this program.


Why I developed R.A.R.E.


Are you struggling to find the answers to the hows and whys of your past or present challenges?


I also have experienced this. After spending the first half of my life reading every personal growth book I could get my hands on, studying related courses and attending loads of self-help workshops, I started to think that making sense of my painful 'eventful' past and finding the answers to my problems would not ever be available to me.


Then out of the blue, I stumbled upon the key that opened the door to a new way of looking at my life, and presented me with a different approach to tackle my everyday challenges. It enabled me to start peeling away the layers of emotional pain I had unwittingly gathered over the years and led me to experience the much eluded inner peace I sought.


Hugely excited about this find, I felt compelled to spend the next decade researching, testing and finetuning to produce the R.A.R.E. program. This is the condensed version of my discoveries along the way, as well as the tools gleaned from my quest. My interest strengthened exponentially as my life, and the lives of the people I coached, started to shift dramatically. I witnessed the freedom and inner peace they too accessed armed with this understanding when using these simple tools. This made me even more committed to give back and share what I had learnt with anyone and everyone who was keen to understand themselves better and who wanted to find the path to their happiness. R.A.R.E. the online course was created.


Unlike many traditional healing or self-help methods, R.A.R.E. does not focus on addressing the symptoms of your pain, rather it looks at identifying and eliminating the underlying causes of your discomfort (which turns out to be very different to what you might think they are).

My mission is to empower anyone who would like to suffer less and is keen to access inner peace, by equipping them with the knowledge and tools to understand the underlying causes to their discomfort so that they can positively shift their lives, through participation in an online course, workshops or one-on-one coaching.

Program synopsis

This program presents a new perspective from which to view your past and your future. Its role is to help you make sense of your life so far, and to empower you to move forward. The building blocks and course overview:



Module 2:

The causes of your disempowerment. 

So you gave your power away – but don’t despair, it’s waiting for you to reclaim it!


In this module, you will do the following:


  • Learn about losing power over your life – how this occurs and how it manifests in your life. Uncover the seven factors that erode your power and where they stem from.

  • Find out how emotions, which are a response to external stimuli, activate body parts, producing a ‘feeling’ that is inscribed into your memory together with the meaning we attach to it. You will discover how this feeling is experienced every time you relive the memory, and explore the consequences for your mind and body.

  • Discover how we develop negative beliefs around self-worth and self-esteem. Learn how destructive they can be and how they have prevented you from tapping into your personal power.

  • Uncover how the ‘real you’ got buried under societal conditioning and the beliefs of others.

  • By completing the exercises discover who or what you have given your power to.


Module 3:

Building pillars to support you through your journey and beyond.

The road to reclaiming your power may be paved in ritual, meditation and prayer, but also in laughter, dance and music.


In this module, you will do the following:


  • Start to set up a structure that will provide you with the support you need as you begin the process of reclaiming your personal power.  

  • Identify and select new pillars of support (a list of 17 suggested options is provided to help you). These will provide you with solace, support and a secure, safe place to retreat as you go about replacing your existing pillars, which no longer serve you.

  • Receive an exercise for each suggested pillar and the opportunity to complete a schedule designed to help you select and action the pillars you choose. The greatest benefit is gained if the activity or ‘pillar’ is practised as soon as possible and in place for the start of Module 4.

Module 4:

Tools to release and let go of your discomfort and pain and take your power back. Yes, forgiveness and letting go are powerful and empowering acts.


In this module, you will do the following:


  • Gain insight into how holding low energy emotions of shame, guilt, hate, grief, fear, desire, anger and pride influences what appears in your life.

  • Find out why forgiving and letting go of these low density emotions will empower and free you to experience more self-worth, joy and happiness.

  • Learn about the benefits of letting go, which include breaking patterns, increased energy, no more suffering and healthy pay-offs.

  • Receive an in-depth guide to reliable and guaranteed life altering processes that you can use to gain relief from discomfort or any other unpleasant past event you may have experienced. These self-administered processes can be used whenever you need to shift from anger, disappointment, shame, guilt or other negative state you are caught in. As you let go of your discomfort, you also free yourself to live a life of abundance, making it well worth pushing through your fear of the unfamiliar and taking a chance to live differently.

  • Begin to deconstruct the ego and review your power drain to reclaim what is yours.

Module 5:

Restoration of your true self and goal-setting skills.


In this module, you will do the following:


  • Identify residual blocks to living your true potential.

  • Learn techniques to deal with deeper fears and see how change brings opportunity.

  • Enhance your new authentic self.

  • Receive the tools to help discover your life purpose and establish your values, as these will guide your choices as you map out your ‘new’ empowered life.

  • Go through a process for setting goals and designing the future that you now realise is possible.


Module 6:

Daily practices for nurture and support - retain your power through daily maintenance.


In this module, you will do the following:


  • Find out what to expect after completing the program and prepare for any residual negative energy should it arise.

  • Identify changes to or around you that you may have already experienced.

  • Learn how to establish a self-nurturing maintenance program to develop your own inner strength and resilience, and take responsibility for your own happiness.

  • Explore seven practices that help support your new state of empowerment, forming the foundation of your self-nurturing program, and learn how you can build these into your daily routine.

  • Evaluate the overall shift you have experienced by completing the program.


 The course comprises six modules which you can do at your own pace.


Each module builds on the previous one, so you will get a greater benefit by doing them in sequence.


You will have access to complete the course and can revisit the modules over and over.


You will look back at this investment of time and money as being the greatest gift to yourself, ever.
